Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager

Methuen Construction is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager to join our team and to work on some of the most unique, challenging, and complex projects in the Northeast.
Summary of Job Requirements:
o Attend Partnering Meetings, QC Plan Meetings, Coordination and Mutual Understanding Meetings
o Conduct the QC meetings
o Responsible for managing and coordinating the three phases of control
o Perform submittal review and approval
o Ensure testing is performed
o Provide QC certifications and documentation required in Contract
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
o 10 years' combined experience as Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager
o Must have at least 2 years' experience as a QC Manager
o Must have familiarity with the requirements of EM 385-1-1
o Experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance and sustainability required
o Excellent oral and written communications skills
o Proficient in MS Office Tools
o Self-motivated, highly organized and team oriented
o Must be attentive to detail
o Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
