Director of Nursing
Excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Medicare home health experience to take your leadership skills to a new level. The Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations and clinical functions for the agency and is responsible for maintaining quality of standards of care and positive financial outcomes. Serves as supervising nurse and alternate administrator.
Qualifications:
RN, BSN
Medicare/Medicaid Home care management experience required
Minimum of two years clinical/home health experience required
Exceptional leadership abilities required
Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and mediation skills
Must be self-directed and motivated
Must be capable of managing agency operations independently with minimal direct oversight
Knowledge of home care regulations and regulatory requirements
Additional background in accounting, business healthcare management and/or finance preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
