Leddy Group in the Salem area is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Position will answer incoming calls and inquiries, freight quotes, technical assistance, and extensive telephone communication regarding order status with customers and sales personnel. Position will also verify pricing on orders, order entry of customer purchase orders, and qualify and process sample requests.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a fast paced call center or equivalent experience, with a degree preferred. SAP and CRM experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication skills, excellent phone demeanor, and great attention to detail. Background check and drug screening required. Contact the Leddy Group to apply. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
