Job Description
Job Description: The Implementation Analyst manages the relationships with the external developer customer base and provides solution design and consultation services, guiding the customer to the proper Chase Paymentech solution set while advising on payment industry mandates and technology best-practices.
Key
Responsibilities:
Works with external customers to learn their environments, constraints, goals and objectives - and provide product and Technology guidance to meet those needs.
Completes test/certification projects with external entities to insure that software integration with Chase Paymentech
Products and services are functional and meet the CPS standards for feature set, connectivity, industry regulations and standards.
Participates in all phases of assigned projects with minimal supervision, adhering to published corporate standards.
Interacts with Sales, Product Management, Relationship Management, Technical Consulting, Network Services, Operations, Development and Project Management. Interacts with external customer resources to assist with the successful delivery of the Integrator''s solution to the market.
Acts as a relationship manager and technology consultant to the external development community customer base providing expertise on Chase Paymentech products, industry guidelines, mandates and best practices.
Analyzes assigned customer environments and advise on solutions based on needs, systems and infrastructure.
Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for presenting primary and alternative technical solutions for specific client environments.
Maintains all certification documentation to standards in creation and adherence; participate and contribute to ongoing maintenance of all product documentation as assigned. Adheres to company standards on all assigned projects for certification process, test environment set-up, communication (internal and external)
Maintains a thorough knowledge of all products and their technical specs, including card brand regulations and requirements, industry compliance requirements.
Participates in and contributes to Company project teams focusing on new product development, enhancement of existing systems; recommends solutions for certification and documentation process improvements.
Configures test environments for all certification projects, thoroughly analyzes data transmitted in to the certification host, produces results back to the integrator and manages the iterative process of results/fixes with integrator

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Network/Data Communications, Business or related and
A minimum of 5 years work experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Minimum 3
years protocol experience (TCP/IP, FTP, S-FTP, HTTPS, XML, SOAP, etc)
Minimum 2
years experience managing external relationships
Minimum 1
year experience in network topologies (MPLS, VPN, Internet transport)
Minimum 2
years Customer Facing/Customer Service experience
Minimum 1
year experience diagnosing issues in applications, data messages, network connectivity
Experience in the POS industry, Stratus and Tandem operating systems/applications a strong plus.
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, connectivity concepts and the application layer.
Quality Assurance experience would be helpful
Experience in the POS industry, Stratus and Tandem operating systems/applications a strong plus.
Experience with Windows applications, MS Office suite, SharePoint
