Job Description:
As a Relationship Management Specialist I you are responsible for insuring client satisfaction through quality service, preparing general reports, and coordinating client needs with other functions as required. This position serves as customer contact (by telephone or mail) regarding such matters as chargebacks and retrievals, equipment operation and reconciliation of merchant bankcard processing. Also, may train entry level Relationship Management Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports Relationship Managers in the overall servicing relationship of Chase Paymentech acquiring corporate clients, strategic relationships and affiliate banks.
Provides active support necessary to solidify and expand acquiring relationships with corporate merchant accounts through the use of relationship development, effective communications, written and verbal, as well as problem solving skills.
Responds to inquiries and problems directly from key contacts.
Develops management and departmental reports
## Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree or the equivalent in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields. In lieu of a degree, may have relevant work experience.
Typically will have two to four years of client relations, customer service or other related field
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of bankcard industry and procedures.
Knowledge of computer software systems including word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to provide professional and interpersonal communication when interacting with others.
Proven ability to interact with merchant senior management and understand contract negotiations.
Ability to analyze and research to resolve issues

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
