Job Description:
We are looking for a Foreman or similar in all areas of construction, with a strong background in one or more of the following: Civil, Concrete and Mechanical Systems.

They are seeking a General Foreman with a minimum of 5-10 years supervisory experience in all areas of construction, and a strong background in one or more of the following, Civil, Concrete and Mechanical Systems. Experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment, Hydro Electric or other heavy industrial applications is required. The General Foreman must be a hands-on manager who is comfortable being in the field with the team. In this position, the Foreman will be responsible for the planning and safe execution of assignments, while meeting production goals by providing on-site construction supervision and relative technical expertise. The qualified candidate will be responsible for directing, leading, coaching, and training assigned personnel to safely achieve productivity goals while maintaining high standard of quality. In addition, the Foreman is responsible for the interpersonal relationships among the teammates as well as the customers and suppliers. Also, follow and promote all Company Policies/Procedures regarding security, discrimination & harassment-free environment, compliance to Code of Ethics, Business Conduct and all others
The successful candidate shall have the following
Experience:
5-10 years of supervisory experience in all areas of construction, with a strong background in one or more of the following: Civil, Concrete and Mechanical Systems.

Proficiency with training
