Shift Differentials:
3pm - 11pm, M-F, $6.
00/hour 3pm - 11pm, Sat & Sun, $8.
00/hour 11pm - 7am, M-F, $3.
00/hour 11pm - 7am, Sat & Sun, $6.
00/hour Weekend Warrior Incentive:
All RNs working every Saturday or every Sunday in a month will be eligible to receive an additional $5.
00/hour in addition to base pay and any applicable shift differential.
Hours Available:
3pm - 11pm (Full-time, part-time, per diem) 11pm - 7am (Full-time, part-time, per diem) RNs with MA License encouraged to apply as we may be able to provide assistance with state reciprocity.

Responsibilities:
Creating an environment of resident-centered care.
Ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Monitoring, assessing, and addressing licensed nurse aide compliance with their job responsibilities.
Fostering the team environment and a positive culture.
Providing/ensuring continual delivery of high-quality care.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Active NH RN license in good standing.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi task and prioritize.
Strong clinical experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a nursing role within a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus.
Sign on bonus not applicable to per diem hires.
