This position will support other departments as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Front Desk Receptionist Manages all calls professionally and efficiently.
Manages the professional appearance of the reception area.
Greets and directs guests as needed.
Oversees guests signing in, completing necessary paperwork, and printing badges.
Assigns temporary badges as needed.
Maintains, organizes, and orders supplies for the company supply cabinet.
Requests paper for the copy machine and troubleshoots any errors.
Receives, sorts, forwards incoming mail and prepares shipping labels as needed.
HR Support Schedules and coordinates conference rooms for new hire orientation.
Gathers and prepares information for adhoc reports as requested.
Maintains Driver records.
Coordinates, announces and orders company employee lunches for on and off site shifts on a weekly basis.
Participate in employee communication, preparation of employee activities, and event planning.
Work with HR team to create creative displays for the company communication boards.
Maintains company telephone list, organizational chart, and schedules lodging and travel as needed.
Processes and tracks billing and expenses for HR related items.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
This is a full-time, onsite position that works Monday through Friday from 8:
30am to 5:
00pm and reports to the Director of HR MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn and use software programs.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
