Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers - Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's sewing experience - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills - Experience in Sewing of any kind is a must -For this position at Angels we do require that you sew.
This could be any type of sewing such as quilt making, embroidery, garment making etc.
