GPI seeks a motivated Marketing Team Leader to manage our skilled Marketing Team and help take us to the next level.
This position will report to the Director of Administration and coordinate proposals and other marketing efforts with project management.
While Wilmington, MA, is our main office, your location is flexible across our New England Branch offices with the option to work remotely up to two days a week.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing the marketing team by overseeing, mentoring, and guiding the marketing staffLeading overall marketing initiatives and strategic marketing/business development plansGuiding and balancing team prioritiesLeading the development of proposals by assembling pursuit information, including project objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, schedules, staffing, pricing, and other evaluation criteriaDetermining proposal concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needsDirecting marketing staff on proposal development needsEstablishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, and proposal reviews, including identifying and distributing tasks relative to proposal response packagesOverseeing proposal presentation by evaluating text, graphics, binding, and printingMaintaining proposal support databases, including images, resumes, and project write-upsDeveloping and implementing strategies and sub-strategies for social media and digital content marketingCreating pre- and post-conference marketing strategies Who You Are:
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to persuade, inspire, influence, and engage with various leadership staff and client audiences.
You have excellent attention to detail You have the ability to lead processes and work with colleagues on multiple tasks and projects You are enthusiastic and a team player.
What You Bring to the Table:
You have a BA/BS degree with a concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications or equivalent experience You have 10
years of experience as a proposal/marketing manager or coordinator in a professional services firm You are experienced with the proposal process in the AEC industry You are proficient in Adobe InDesign (experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus) You have management experience (a plus) You are very comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite You have experience with Deltek Vantage Point (a plus) Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design Adobe Photoshop Assembly And Installation Attention To Detail Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
