The Director of Marketing is responsible for implementing the company's marketing and branding strategies as well as partnering with Operations and Finance to execute and evaluate those initiatives in order to help achieve company business goals.
Responsibilities Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Define the brand's value proposition, messaging, and positioning.
Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to effectively promote the company's Omni-channel.
Manage advertising, public relations, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and other communication channels.
Drive the company's digital marketing efforts, including website strategy and optimization, search engine marketing search engine optimization, email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital initiatives.
Creation of an innovative culture within the marketing department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing activities.
Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on the return on investment of marketing initiatives.
Follow industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and review data analytics.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as senior executives and sales teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media partners, advertising agencies, vendors, and industry influencers.
Qualifications Incredible Aptitude and Attitude Self-Motivated 10yr Hospitality Industry Experience Bachelor's degree Able to work in an entrepreneur mindset.
Ability to listen and display empathy.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
