Additional responsibilities include clean and sanitize work stations, counters, steam tables and other equipment, setting up stations with condiments and utensils, brewing coffee and tea, interaction with guests, reading recipes and/or product directions, estimating food requirements, operating a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead ingredients for cooking, serving and storing, assisting in the preparation of foods, inspecting work stations for compliance with service standards, keeping records and requisition for supplies/equipment and operating a cash register (or equivalent), receiving payments of cash, checks and charges from Guests or Team Members for goods or services, making change and issuing receipts.
