managing a multi-line phone system scheduling appointments checking clients in/out maintaining organized and detailed electronic medical records making sure the lobby is a clean educating clients on recommended products or services I.

Educate clients about vaccines, financial counseling, heartworm/flea tick prevention.
Schedule appointments.
Confirm surgeries, and act as a liaison between the client and DVM.
