The role consists of the manufacturing of precision medical components in a clean room environment.
You will be using hand tools, doing visual inspection, physical measurements, and packaging of finished product while you ensure conformity to engineering and quality standards.

Read, Understand and follow written procedures without deviating from the outlined process after training has been completed.
Work under conditions of a controlled environment and operate within our quality management system.
Operate basic machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement tools (ex.
Rulers, Calipers, Pin Gauges, etc.
).
Operate with an understanding of Cleanroom Environment requirements, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Production Associate I in our Shipping/Packaging Department.

Previous experience with UPS, FEDEX or DHL Willingness to learn.
Qualifications for YOU to be successful:

Basic computer and math skills Ability to do repetitive tasks, be detail-oriented, work in a fast-paced environment , and adhere to Nordson's Safety Policy.
Able to read and understand written specifications and procedures Ability to stand frequently, sit, walk and bend Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds (occasionally) This position requires the ability to work with small and delicate components using a high degree of dexterity and accuracy and requires direct contact with medical grade components.
